Splitting Popcorn Kernel into multiple smaller roles

Our pack has been struggling with finding a Popcorn Kernel, partly due to the huge amount of work required. Our Kernel last year was responsible for nearly $50,000 in sales and lead us to be the leader for our district. As such, we are trying to distribute the tasks in the role to a multi-member committee to evenly distribute the immense workload.. We are documenting the plan for this committee here:

CubScout Toolbox Plans

For this Bear tool box I planned on  doing bulk cuts with a miter saw.  This design will allow for 1 tool box to be made from a single 8foot, 1x6in  board. I set my saw guides to cut 18 inches and made 2 cuts off each board for the sides of the tool box.  I then set it for 16 3/8 inch to cut 1 bottom piece off each board.  I then cut a 24 1/8 in board from the remainder.  This last piece will ultimately be cut into two pieces by the scouts.  Using the miter saw I cut the corners off this 24 1/8 in board and made a partial cut in the middle of the board.  I want to scout to saw but have a guide and a kerf to start sawing from.  (12) 1 1/4 inch screws are required for assembly,  Glue is optional but preferred. Cost is about $10 in materials.

Cubscout Training - Advanced Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) This one day course is designed as an introduction to the Cub Scout outdoor program for those leaders who are interested in adding a camping component to their Pack activities. BALOO is an instructor-led course which is conducted at the Council level. BSA's Cub Scout level camping policies will be taught along with the necessary tools to help units carry out a successful camping experience. Completion of this course is mandatory for at least one adult on a Pack overnighter. Outdoor Leader Skills for Webelos Leaders (OWL) This course is designed to help Webelos leaders enhance the outdoor program for the Webelos Scouts in their den by teaching some basic outdoor skills as well as skills needed to complete many of the Webelos activity badges.
