  • Hot dogs - Easy to portion, cook and serve
    • Vegetarian option need testing.  Some are better than others
    • Boil hot dogs or grill
    • condiments: Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Onions, Chilli
  • Pasta Bar - Harder to Portion, Cook ahead of time, Easy to serve
    • Cook spaghetti ahead of time and chill in cooler.  Dip in hot water to warm
    • Provide Sauce options: Thai Peanut Sauce, Meat Sauce, Alfredo or Pesto
    • Serving Sizes;
      • 2oz of Spaghetti per person
      • 1/2 cup(4 oz) of Sauce per person
  • Taco Bar - Easy to portion, Cook meat ahead of time, easy to serve
    • Reheat meat with Immersion Cooker and large tub
    • Use diced baked tofu as beef alternative
    • Crockpot Taco Meat Serves 40
      • Ingredients
        • 5 Pounds Lean Ground Beef or Baked Tofu 
        • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
        • 1 cups Taco Seasoning,
        • 1 liter water
        • 40 Corn or Flour tortillas
        • Condiments
          • 2 heads of lettuce
          • 1 Yellow Onion
          • 1 bundle cilantro
          • 24 oz Salsa
          • 1 bottle hot sauce
      • Instructions
        • Place ground beef into slow cooker.  Top with the taco seasoning, garlic powder, and salsa.  Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours. 
        • When the meat is finished cooking, drain any liquid from the crockpot and break up the beef as desired with a fork.
        • Serve with your corn or flour tortillas

      • 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatos
      • 2 cans diced tomatos,
      • 4 tsp chili powder
      • medium onion finely chopped
      • 1 cup baby portobello mushrooms

    • Crockpot Taco Meat - This taco meat makes dinner super simple!  Only a handful of ingredients for delicious taco meat made right in the slow cooker and ready to go at supper time!
      Prep Time 5 mins
      Cook Time 4 hrs
      Total Time 4 hrs 5 mins
      Servings: 40, Calories: 200kcal

      Ingredients
